The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Richard Peters Web Site.

We may have to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such changes will always be posted on the site. By accessing, using, browsing or purchasing items shown on this site, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 

  • The display of an item on this website does not constitute an offer for sale.
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate.
  • All items are only reserved when an agreement of sale is accepted. The sale is confirmed and agreed upon payment in full.
  • Payment may be made by any agreed method. We reserve all rights and title to any/all items until we have received cleared funds into our account.
  • All items are guaranteed as per invoice description.
  • In the event of a claim under this warranty, the item must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase and payment, and must be sent carriage and insurance pre-paid to Richard Peters Antiques. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  • Full details of the item sold, together with the price, related taxes and delivery costs will be supplied upon request.
  • If we agree to ship any items to the purchaser, we accept responsibility for delivering the item/s to you. All shipping and insurance costs are to be met by the purchaser.

 

Deposits

Deposits are accepted on terms agreed between Richard Peters Antiques and the purchaser (who may or may not be the payee). Such deposit shall be acknowledged in writing/Email, with the date by which the balance must be paid. Deposits are non-refundable, and may be forfeited if the balance of the purchase price is not paid on the agreed completion date.


Payment Options

Mastercard/visa card accepted, bank transfers in all major currencies, payments must be received in full before goods shipped or collected.


Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to English Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
